Leonids 2000

My first QSO was on 13 December 1984 with UY5OE, his locator was SK77g and mine JO55b, we made 1235 km. My ODX is 2083 km with 9H1CG, his locator HV03e, on 20 October 1986.  I used at this time call sign SP2DXL.

Actually I'm using following equipment for MS contacts:
Rig: IC910H + PA (300W out) + masted LNA (0.9 dB)
Ant: 15 elements Cue Dee
Recorder/Keying: WSJT (FSK 441)
To check MS propagation in my direction tune to the beacon LA3VHF (144.478 MHz), located in JO38RA.

Every sked for MS is very welcome !

Aurora in JO48 (2000)

My first QSO was with SM5KWU on 04 February 1984, his locator was IT34h. My take-off to the north direction is very restricted so I'm QRV only during strong Aurora.

To check actual AURORA status I'm listening to the DK0WCY beacon (10.144 MHz) in JO44VQ or SK4MPI (144.412 MHz) in JP70NJ.
